  • 1. General Provisions

1.1. Recreation area of GoSleep.Moscow capsule-type furniture (hereinafter – Recreation Area) provides round-the-clock guest services.
1.2. Check-in time and check-out time is not fixed, it can be selected at the time of booking, unless otherwise noted in the fare chosen at the time of booking.
1.3. Accommodation fee is calculated by the hour, taking into account the established minimum limit on the number of hours during the day and at night.
1.4. Prices for accommodation, a list of services included in the price, additional services, as well as the payment procedure are set by the administration.
1.5. Payment for accommodation services is carried out according to the approved price list in Russian rubles. An online receipt is issued to the guest before arrival in the amount of 100% of the cost of the booked capsule. Cash receipt and invoice is issued to the guest immediately after payment. Form of payment – online payment by credit card.
1.6. The recreation area has the right to write off the funds blocked at the time of booking on account of payment of penalties for no-show, as well as in case of non-payment for additional services.
1.7. Admission and settlement are carried out when information technology confirms the appearance of the guest, and only within the peripd paid by the guest.
1.8. By submitting documents, the guest gives his consent to the collection, storage, processing and destruction of his personal data after 2 years, for the purposes established by the Russian legislation. Guests are accommodated upon arrival for a maximum of 24 hours.
1.9. Children accompanied by adults stay free of charge, without a separate seat.
1.10. Delay guest departure over 15 minutes is paid at the minimum hourly rate. Extension of the reservation at the end of the time is possible for at least 1 hour.
1.11. The refusal of the guest from the paid service is possible in the presence of malfunctions, the elimination of which is impossible and found within half an hour from the moment of arrival. In this case, the Rest Area will return the money in full if the guest did not use the capsule. Guest must provide the original fiscal receipt and personal application.
1.12. A reminder of leaving the complex at the appropriate time is carried out by a technical worker or a remote employee of GoSleep.Moscow.

  • 2. Rights and obligations of the recreation area

2.1. Recreation area must:
– to provide the guest with paid services in a timely manner and in full;
– ensure the confidentiality of information about guests and visitors to the recreation area;
– promptly respond to guest requests for elimination of inconveniences, breakdowns in the recreation area, and other complaints and suggestions;
– in the event of an accident or failure of any equipment in the capsule and the impossibility of eliminating this problem, to offer the guest a capsule not lower than the category paid by it. If the latter is not possible – to return the money paid by the guest;
2.2. Recreation area has the right to:
– refuse the guest to provide services and evict the guest from the recreation area in cases of violation of these Rules, late payment for additional services provided, manifestations by the guest regarding the staff and other tourists aggression or actions that threaten the safety of the health or property of others;
– refuse the guest to remain in the Recreation Area in the event of a gross violation of the rules of conduct or safety by the guest, with the mandatory drawing up of an act on the incident and inviting, if necessary, officers of the competent authorities;
2.3. In the event of the termination of the guest’s holiday due to a violation of clause 2.2. to the guest, in respect of whom the measure to stop the provision of services was applied, the refund for paid, but unrealized services is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.4. For the purpose of preservation, all personal belongings are recommended to be left in the individual storage compartments under the capsule seat. In accordance with Article 925 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Rest Area is not responsible for the safety of funds and things left unattended in the Rest Area.
2.5. The recreation area is not liable for the work of urban and regional services (emergency shutdown of electrical and thermal energy, water supply) as well as for the work of the Lessor’s operation services..

  • 3. Rights and obligations of the guest

3.1. Guest must:
– comply with the rules of stay in the recreation GoSleep.Moscow capsule-type furniture;
– to comply with the procedure for payment for the services provided, namely, payment in the amount of 100% until the provision of the service;
– strictly observe the rules of fire safety;
– observe silence throughout the rest area and not disturb other guests. The Recreation Zone is set to “SILENCE” around the clock. Viewing / listening to media files on personal devices on the territory of the Rest Area is possible only with the use of headphones;
– smoke in strictly designated places, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
– Do not drink alcohol in the recreation area;
– keep clean, take care of the property and equipment of the recreation area;
– be liable and compensate for damage in the event of intentional and unintentional damage or loss of property of the Recreation Area in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and these Rules. The amount of damage is determined by the prices of the current price list on the day of the discovery of damage. In the case of damages, an act of damages is drawn up in 2 copies;
– do not create conditions and prevent accidents of power grids, water and heat supply networks and other technical, engineering systems and equipment of the complex;
– when leaving the shower / capsule, close the water intake taps, turn off the lights, electrical appliances;
– when leaving the Rest Area, hand over the capsule to the administrator.
3.2. Guest has the right to:
– contact the specified phone for troubleshooting.
– fill in the questionnaire, the book of complaints and suggestions or leave feedback on the official website;
– when deficiencies in the rendered service are found during the stay, namely faults of plumbing, electrical wiring, electrical appliances, furniture, to demand free repair of flaws, provided that the faults were not caused by intentional actions of the resident or his visitors.
3.3. In the recreation area is prohibited:
– smoke in capsules and throughout the rest area;
– consume alcoholic beverages, narcotic substances throughout the rest area. We refuse to stay guests who are in a state of strong alcoholic and other intoxication. In case of detection of alcoholic beverages on the territory of the recreation area, the administration reserves the right to withdraw them;
– disturb public order, create discomfort to other guests;
– take and store food in capsules;
– use the audio signal of mobile phones / tablets / laptops and other electronic devices in the recreation area;
– use any electric heaters, except those installed in common areas. Leave unattended devices connected to the mains;
– go to the zone of the workplace administrator and other office space.
– living with animals;
– lead to the Recreation Area, leave in the capsule of unauthorized persons (persons who are not a party under the stated contract for the provision of services);
– to store in the capsule bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical, radioactive and explosive substances, mercury;

– Guests who, by the nature of their activities, have the right to carry and store weapons, are required, upon the request of the administration, to provide documents certifying this right;
– to pollute the territory of the recreation area; In case of violation of the conditions specified in this paragraph, as well as other provisions of these Rules of residence, the administration has the right to terminate the provision of services unilaterally.
3.4. Guest is responsible for causing material damage and violation of the rules of residence caused by persons invited by them.
3.5. The guest takes note and does not object to the fact of use in the premises and on the territory of the recreation area (with the exception of capsules, showers) of video surveillance systems.

  • 4. Lost and Found procedures

4.1. In case of discovery of forgotten things in the Rest Area, other Guests’ property, the administration shall take measures to return them to their owners.
4.2. If the owner is not found, forgotten things are stored in the recreation area until they are claimed by the owner, but not more than 1 month.
4.3. Foods are not subject to long storage and are subject to utilization.

  • 5. Dispute Resolution Procedure

5.1. The book of comments and suggestions is issued on request of the guest. Requirements and complaints are reviewed within five days from the date of the complaint.
5.2. In case of any disputes regarding the quality of service, both parties should strive to resolve the issue on the spot. If the problem cannot be resolved on site, the guest should state their complaints in writing. Failure to comply with this condition may serve as a basis for full or partial refusal to satisfy the claim.

Recreation area reserves the right to take measures to violators of any item of these rules up to the cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund of the paid money, as well as to refuse the guest to provide the service if the guest is intoxicated with alcohol or drugs.
